Another of The Castles favourite establishments, with it's dark brooding masculine interiors and its brilliant attention to service is FOG. In its seventh year of operation and under the watchful eye of its debonair host, Sam Frantzeskos, Fog is rolling out a monthly series of dinners, celebrating various regional cuisines from the U.S.A. This months voyage took us to the north eastern states of New England. Think crab and lobster, quality beef and cod, then top it off with some good ol' apple pie.
An indulgent evening of fine food and fantastic company in fabulous surrounds.
May's destination, South East- Virginia, Kentucky and The Carolinas.
