Dining @ Centre Pompidou rooftop.

It was time to go the escargot.

After a busy morning of busy modern art, we ascended the final escalator to reach Georges, the space oddity restaurant atop the Centre Pompidou.  With its pleasing views over Paris and latter twentieth century modernity, it proved the perfect luncheon spot.

Watercress Salad with parmesan and a poached egg, drowned in a delicious Balsamic.

Snails and toast soldiers to skewer them with.

Wash that down with a bottle of Rose

Finish with a Millefeuille aux fruits rouge.

Well why not.
