Another steamy evening exploring Hong Kong. Drop back to one of our favourite dumpling shops, Wang Fu, at 65 Wellington St, in Central. Cheap 'n cheery but ever so good.
The delightfully clever Christian Wagstaff was also in town for a spot of business, so we rendezvoused for some refreshment and a little reminiscing of our dearly departed friend, Gregory Derham, Madame of Hong Kong.
