In a wonderful Jacobean inspired building @ 120 Collins Street in Melbourne, Sir Paul Smith has opened his very first Australian shoppe. So last Monday evening an excited bevy of style devotes answered Sir Paul's call and popped along to welcome him to the neighbourhood. Proving himself to be the most genial and hospitable Sir in the realm, he personally meeted, greeted and posed with one and all in attendance. An army of attentive and attractive black clad waiters quenched our thirsts whilst we checked out the magnificent merchandise and marvelled at the fabulous refurbishment.
Then it was a hop, skip and a jump around the corner and we arrived at Comme in Alfred Place to continue the mingle 'til late into the evening.
