Mardi Gras 2000 saw a homage to "the 70's Honky Tonk Poof".
In custom pink and aqua studded denim ensembles, with smart white fedoras and a comfy white Birkenstock chef clog we stormed the Mardi Gras Parade at a well paced mince.
As we were not in drag or wearing skimpy attire, the parade watchers didn't quite know what to make of us.
