The Frick.

The Frick was our first port of call on this New York art safari.  We can't show you much as there is no interior photograph, but all we can say is, GO.  This museum has all of the qualities that we found in l'Orangerie in Paris.  It is small, originally a private residence, but it is stuffed full of quality.
Vermeer, Holbein, El Greco, Goya and plenty more.  Mr Frick was a bit of a bastard business man, but he sure did leave a stupendous legacy.
 Take note Gina Reinhart.
