Big breakfast @ Blue Corn.

One of those places that has been there forever, we decided to get a bit Mexican for breakfast, and dropped into Blue Corn.  Having been open for over a decade, with lots of little additions to the decor, but no major spring clean, it looks well lived in and just a little tired.  But oh the food.  Its a fiesta on a plate, almost overdoing it with American style generosity heaped onto each plate. I guess it is the antithesis of the Newmarket Hotel up the road, whose Mexican inspired fare is overpriced and under served in an almost too spick and span environment.  

For those mornings when you are feeling ravenous, get your sombrero on and get into
