We found a wonderful little treat at the end of the Highline.
Pastis is a great French bistro nestled in the cobblestones of the Meatpacking district.
With fabulous styling, suitably snobby attitude from the maitre d' and a 20 minute wait list at 2.30pm for lunch, this was the business.
On research we discover that Pastis is from the stable of venues created in New York by Keith McNally, which include Pravda, Balthazar & Balthazar Bakery.
With such a pedigree no wonder it was an experience.
