The Moroccan Suite

The Moroccan Suite, bequeathed to Mr Brown of Nic-Nak Castle, from the estate of the late, great Pussy Aboud, has just had a comfort upgrade.  This beautiful jacquard fabric from Barbara Osorio Fabrics of Lisbon, Portugal, in this striking Orange colourway, has been custom tailored by The Ghost.  Stuffed with a billion little duck down feathers, they are ever so comfy and soft.  The oriental motifs really enhance the Mother of Pearl, bone and variety of woods marquetry.

Raft Red Room Friday 13th.

Raft Studio threw a little Black Friday shindig last week on the 13th.  A swell night it was and we all seemed to gravitate towards the RED ROOM. Well it was very glamorous.

The great Cup Day Garden Party.

The first Tuesday in November, means but one thing in our beautiful village of Melbourne.  Yes we all get a holiday to celebrate a horse race.  So if not heading out to the track at Flemington its great to have an invitation to a Garden Party.  Our wonderful friends Dee Dee & Steve, seen above, issued such an invitation, so in the glorious Spring sunshine we lunched on their front lawn along with a jolly bunch of  well cheered revellers.  And not a horse in sight.
