Great for a fossick and nic-nak hunt.
Get yourself to the corner of 29th & 9th Ave. and take a stroll. Even if you don't buy anything the stallholders are entertainment enough themselves, not to mention the other colourful characters getting around.
Pure, free entertainment. And half a chance of a find.
