Tokyo push button food.

Tried our luck at some street Caf food for the first experience.  Select the best looking plastic replica dish, feed in our yen, punch in the number and got a coupon.  Present coupon at the counter for food, it was basic Katsu Don, but when a steaming bowl of udon noodles was dropped in front of us in a delicious broth, we shrugged and thought something had gone wrong in the translation.  So we just hoed into the noodle starving as we were.  But then the second bowls arrived, brimming with crumbed pork cutlet coated with egg, spiced with pickle slices and resting on a mountain of fluffy rice we realised that it was 700 yen very well spent.
