A day trip to Brighton

We took a detour day from looking at London and head for the south coast of England.  Another Nic-Nak pilgrimage to the town of Brighton to pay a visit to splendid Royal Pavilion. A quick hour train jaunt from London Victoria station and we where there to take in the seaside sites.  Making a beeline for this temple of oriental fantasy, once inside we needed to make two laps of the interior just to satisfy our amazement.  Sneaky snapping away as we could.  An extremely brilliant visual feast and so much inspiration for new Nic-Naking and interiors....

And to top off this treat, we continued our kitsch carryon with a lovely stroll along Brighton Pier and grabbed a lunch of Fish & Chips on the shore.
"Oh didn't we have a lovely day the day we went to Brighton"
