Its a cold winters day in Melbourne, so why not get frocked up for a party at the cake shop.

 We came across this kooky little bunch having a fun old time at Brunetti's mega cafe on Faraday Street in Carlton.  Too cute.

Buildings of Hudson.

Warren Street is the main street of Hudson in upstate New York.  A dozen or so blocks long and several blocks to either side sees an amazing array of buildings and homes.  Here's a survey of some of our favourites.

And this last building is the home of our wonderful hosts, Jeff & Rob.  A solid and handsome  building with a cellar and attic rooms.  Oh and the extra special bonus of a single track railway line which runs just passed their front door.
