Le Grande Bouffe.


Near the start of the cooking craze era, when Master Chef and My Kitchen Rules seemed fresh and exciting, the Castle participated in a weekend of competetive cuisine capers kindly known as
Le Grande Bouffe.
Venue; The Darmody-Popes Barwon Heads retreat.
Teams; 4 teams of 2
Limits; 2 hours to create a signature cocktail and three courses and table set.
Budget; $80.00
Voting; Points for originality, presentation, taste and atmosphere.
Handicap; must use a mystery ingredient brought by a rival team.
















Despite the single burner working on the ancient electric stove and some of the most
sever thunder stormes in decades with power blackouts. A fab time was had by all.

Oh. And we won.
