The Castle spent Christmas/New Year '07/'08 on the beautiful island of Sri Lanka. We dined in starred hotel restaurants and slick resorts, but one of the most memorable meals has to be at this little shack.
Endless bowls and plates of delicious curries, salads and vegetables made for a banqueting feast.
Washed down tangy fresh juices or ice cold beers. Mmmmm.
