Walking like the Egyptians @ The Met.

Greg Irvine, the ceramic edition.

Artist Greg Irvine's latest exhibition sees him return to working on ceramic canvases, a medium that we haven't seen him work with for some time.  His epic patterns and designs enliven bowls, jugs and platters in undeniable Irvine style.  There is also a lively set of painted wooden chairs that would put a bit of pizzaz to any dining table.
